Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- We offer flat rate shipping within Australia using reputable courier and/or postal services.

- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300.

U.S. Shipping Update – Trial Program
To make delivery smoother for our American customers, we’re currently trialing a new postal service to the United States. Under this program, import tariffs on orders under USD $800 are paid upfront and included in the shipping cost.
This means your parcel can clear customs more quickly, with no additional fees upon arrival, a simpler, faster experience from our studio to your doorstep.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
