Accuracy of Product Descriptions
We take great care to accurately photograph and describe all items listed on our website. However, if you believe that the item you received is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review your request and, if applicable, offer a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds for change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. All sales are final.
Commissions
Made to order pieces are created to your specifications for the purchased size. The estimated size and colour outcomes are guidelines and may vary slightly from the images supplied due to kiln positioning and firing differences. Once the commission piece is complete, Michelle will send an image of the piece to the email provided on the order details. You have the option within 48 hours to decline the order should you feel it does not meet your specifications. In this case, a full refund for the shipping costs, along with 70% of the purchase price of the piece is eligible for refund. The remaining 30% will be kept for administrative costs. Where there is no response after 48 hours, the order will be deemed as accepted and will be posted.
Where personalization has been added to the piece, the piece is unable to be declined. If you feel the personalized piece does not meet the specifications, please respond to our email to resolve the issue.
