Your Workshop Journey

From the moment you book to the moment you take your finished pieces home, here’s what to expect.

01 — Let's get you booked in

Plan and Prepare

Gather your group, choose your project & make it official.

We’ll liaise with you to find a suitable date and time for your workshop. Once everything is confirmed, Michelle will issue your invoice and your booking will be secured once payment has been received.

02 — Workshop Day

Get your hands dirty!

Today is all about getting your hands in the clay and enjoying the process. Michelle will guide you through each step of your chosen project, sharing her techniques and helping you bring your ideas to life.

You’ll then choose from more than 30 of Michelle’s signature glaze options for your creation, including carefully layered combinations developed in her studio. From soft, tonal finishes to richer, more expressive colours.

03 — The process continues

Leave the rest to me

Your workshop may be over, but your pieces still have a little journey ahead - they don't call ceramics slow homewares for nothing! Michelle will carefully dry, bisque fire, glaze and glaze fire every piece.

Your finished pieces will be ready for collection approximately 8–10 weeks after your workshop. Once they have completed their final firing, you’ll receive a link with collection window times.

I organised a private antipasto workshop for myself & my Maid of honour’s and it was the most incredible experience! Michelle was so helpful and responsive from my first enquiry and easy to communicate and book in with. The girls and I had the best time and I would highly recommend everyone do this course! We are so excited to receive our creations once they’ve been set/glazed and made ready by Michelle!

PRIVATE ANTIPASTO PLATTER EXPERIENCE

My partner organised a surprise private antipasti platter workshop with Michelle, and it was absolutely amazing. My partner also organised flowers for me to arrive to, and Michelle kindly went above and beyond to help make that happen, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more special. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Creating my own clay antipasti platter was such a unique and memorable experience, and Michelle made the whole session so enjoyable. I highly recommend her!

PRIVATE ANTIPASTO PLATTER EXPERIENCE WITH FLOWERS

Michelle is such a talented gorgeous artist and so welcoming . I booked a private workshop for myself, my daughter and grand daughters we absolutely loved every minute. Michelle was so helpful guiding us through the clay process and we’re so thrilled with our pieces of work and can’t wait to receive them post firing and glazing. We will definitely be back to do another workshop. I can’t thank you enough Michelle for the experience you gave us. We are absolutely in awe of your talent.
