Your Workshop Journey
From the moment you book to the moment you take your finished pieces home, here’s what to expect.
01 — Let's get you booked in
Plan and Prepare
Gather your group, choose your project & make it official.
We’ll liaise with you to find a suitable date and time for your workshop. Once everything is confirmed, Michelle will issue your invoice and your booking will be secured once payment has been received.
02 — Workshop Day
Get your hands dirty!
Today is all about getting your hands in the clay and enjoying the process. Michelle will guide you through each step of your chosen project, sharing her techniques and helping you bring your ideas to life.
You’ll then choose from more than 30 of Michelle’s signature glaze options for your creation, including carefully layered combinations developed in her studio. From soft, tonal finishes to richer, more expressive colours.
03 — The process continues
Leave the rest to me
Your workshop may be over, but your pieces still have a little journey ahead - they don't call ceramics slow homewares for nothing! Michelle will carefully dry, bisque fire, glaze and glaze fire every piece.
Your finished pieces will be ready for collection approximately 8–10 weeks after your workshop. Once they have completed their final firing, you’ll receive a link with collection window times.
