Description

This sculptural clamshell is hand-formed using a blend of marbled light clay bodies and finished with a pearly satin white glaze on the interior. Minimal black mottle spots from the clay body shine through the glaze, giving a soft speckle effect. The exterior of the shell is smooth and softly curved, offering a more polished interpretation of the organic form.

Designed with both beauty and function in mind, this piece is well suited to everyday use as dinnerware or serve ware. The smooth finish ensures a comfortable, tactile feel, free from rough or textured areas.
