In this guided workshop, you’ll create your own collection of small, organic ceramic pieces, perfect for holding the little things you love.
During the workshop, you can create a few small pieces (up to five), choosing from trinket dishes, incense holders and other small keepsake forms. Think beautiful little places for your rings, jewellery, treasured objects, crystals, matches or incense.
You’ll be guided through shaping and refining raw clay, with plenty of freedom to create forms that feel natural and personal to you. Each piece can be subtly shaped, textured and detailed to create a collection that is uniquely yours.
After the workshop, your pieces will dry gradually before their bisque firing. Michelle will then glaze and complete the final firing in her studio.
Collection is available approximately 8–10 weeks after your class. For guests travelling from interstate or overseas, shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
All materials and tools are provided.
BYO food and drinks welcome.
This class is suitable for complete beginners.
A curated selection of Michelle’s signature glazes and glaze combinations are included. Optional upgrades for engobe finishes and gold lustre are available.
